We are Bibleway Hibner Memorial Church of Carlisle, established in 1985 by Pastor Robert L. Woodall Sr. and First Lady Charlean Woodall. We are a community of believers who believe in the gospel of Jesus Christ, the indwelling of God’s Holy Spirit, showing the love of God to every person, and meeting the needs of people in our community and beyond.
